As one of the precursors of the Tubogas – the flexible tubular bracelet banded with yellow gold strips – it was the jeweller Bulgari who would create its boldest variations. In the 1970’s, the advent of the Pop movement inspired him to imagine novel designs for this traditional “tête-à-tête”: a radiant open bracelet composed of two large guilloché enamel domes in yellow gold underlined with pavé diamonds.
This exceptional piece is emblematic of the link between the renowned Italian jeweller and the psychedelic era.
