An 18-karat yellow gold sapphire watch, designed as a buckle, mechanical movement, square dial, with hour dot marker and golden hands, within a scroll case, extending to a line of square cut sapphires, to a highly flexible double snake link bracelet with a clasp of similar design.
Signed Cartier Paris and Cartier on dial.
